Privacy notice

This portal is run by Fluxify Technologies to manage work with our clients. This notice explains what personal data the portal holds and why, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and job title, provided by you or your organisation.
• What you do in the portal: comments, answers, approvals, electronic signatures, sign-in times and the IP address and browser used for each signature.

Why

To share project documents with you, record your feedback and approvals, send you notifications about your project, and keep a reliable record of what was agreed.

How long

Signed documents and their signing records are kept for as long as we have a business relationship with your organisation and for the period the law requires us to keep business records after it ends. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Who sees it

Fluxify Technologies staff working on your project, and the other people from your organisation who have access to this portal. Emails are delivered through our email provider. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@fluxifytech.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect documents already signed. You can also raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
